Mission and vision

At Sygnal One, our mission is to empower logistics and supply chain leaders to drive increased value. For too long, fragmented systems and siloed information have left management teams making critical decisions without the full picture, reacting to problems rather than getting ahead of them.

We believe leaders deserve better: clear, connected data and meaningful insights that reveal what's working, what isn't, and where the greatest opportunities for improvement lie. The Sygnal One platform brings together data and visibility across the supply chain, giving management teams the intelligence they need to drive continuous improvement, make confident decisions, and build more efficient, resilient operations.

Our vision is a logistics industry where data doesn't just sit in systems. It actively powers better outcomes.

Craig Bunker

Co-Founder

Craig Bunker founded Sygnal One after more than 30 years of driving efficiency across the logistics sector. His career has spanned some of the world's most respected organisations, including GE Penske, and Uber Freight, with experience across logistics operations, supply chain consulting, 3PL, and 4PL environments.

Throughout that journey, one challenge appeared again and again: fragmented data and poor visibility. Despite advances in technology, this fundamental problem remained unsolved, costing the industry time, money, and opportunity at every turn.

Then came AI. For the first time, the tools existed to truly solve it and empower management teams to drive value.

Craig assembled a world-class team, raised the capital, and built the Sygnal One platform, purpose-built to bring clarity, connectivity, and real value to logistics operations. A new era of visibility and intelligence in global logistics has arrived.

There's still enormous untapped efficiency in transport and logistics, but fragmented and unreliable data has held the industry back, until now. AI finally lets us unify messy, siloed data without forcing operators or IT teams to rip out the tools they already use. By turning everyday operational data into intelligent insights, AI will transform how the industry measures and manages freight, and Sygnal One aims to be a long-term partner driving that change.

Guy Roijen

Co-Founder

Guy Roijen joined Sygnal One as Co-Founder in 2026 after more than a decade of building and leading logistics operations across Europe. Most recently he was Vice President Europe at Uber Freight, where he led the company's European 4PL business for Global shippers. Before that, his career took him through nearly every layer of the industry: asset-owned multimodal operators, 3PLs, freight forwarders and 4PLs. He also serves on the board of the CSCMP Benelux Roundtable.

That breadth shaped a single conviction. The industry does not lack talent or ambition; it lacks unity. Transport data sits scattered across regional systems and providers, and no one has the full picture, this is the key constraint.

What convinced Guy to act was not the AI itself, but what it removes: the heavy change-management programmes that have made every attempt at supply chain transformation slow, expensive and fragile. Value in weeks, fed from the systems a shipper already has, can now be delivered.

This industry has talked about a single source of truth for decades. Every shipper I have worked with knows there is waste in their network they cannot see, because the data lives in multiple systems, multiple formats and across multiple regions. The technology is finally here to fix that. It's time to execute!
